아파트 너무 쏟아졌나…미분양 3개월만에 증가 지난달 2.6%↑…전세난 심각 수도권은 8.4% 줄어
문지웅 기자 입력 : 2015.10.26 14:06:50 수정 : 2015.10.26 16:42:00 지난달 전국 미분양 주택이 8월보다 2.6%(826가구) 증가한 것으로 집계됐다. 그러나 ‘악성’으로 분류되는 준공후 미분양은 3.1%(368가구) 감소했다. 대구는 8월 11가구에서 지난달 108가구로 미분양 주택이 한 달 새 10배 가까이 늘었지만 절대 규모는 아직 미미한 수준이다. 국토교통부는 26일 지난달 말 기준으로 전국 미분양 주택이 8월보다 2.6% 증가한 3만2524가구로 집계됐다고 밝혔다.
