한국의 2012년 10월 18일은  국민을 보호해야 할 서울고등법원 형사5부 김기정 판사가 국민의 영혼을  380조각으로 오원춘과 같이 살인 한 날 로 역사에 기록됐다.

우리의 딸 이 일요일에 근로를 마치고 귀가하고 있었고, 계획적으로 전봇대 뒤에 기다리고 있다가, 의도적으로 넘어지며 집 으로 강제로 끌고가 테이프로 감고 폭행해 살인 한 후 신체를 380조각으로 잔혹하게 칼질했다.

검찰은 상고하고 대법원은 신중 검토해 다시 살인선고를 해야 하며, 대통령은 사형을 집행해야 국민은 국가를 믿을 수 있다.
